- Pick a time slot — See available windows based on professionals near your pin code. Same-day slots appear when capacity allows.
- Meet your professional — A verified partner arrives, inspects the problem, and shares a quote. Work starts only after you approve.
- Pay & review — Pay securely in the app or as agreed. Rate the experience to help other households and improve service quality.
Before the visit
- Keep the service area accessible (switchboard, bathroom, balcony unit, etc.)
- Inform society security if gate passes are required
- Share accurate address and contact number for smooth coordination
- Note any parking or elevator restrictions in booking notes
Pricing & visiting charges
Many categories include a visiting / diagnosis charge that covers the professional's trip and initial inspection. If you proceed with the repair, this fee is typically adjusted against the final bill as shown at checkout. Exact amounts depend on service type and city — displayed before you confirm the booking.
Cancellations & rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel within the windows described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Late cancellations after a professional is dispatched may incur a fee to compensate their travel time.
